1. Acceptance of terms
By installing and using DealSort you agree to these terms.
2. License
DealSort is licensed per seat per dealership rooftop. Your subscription tier determines the number of active seats. Sharing license keys across multiple computers beyond your seat limit is prohibited.
3. Subscription and billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.
4. Acceptable use
DealSort may only be used for automotive dealership document management. Reverse engineering, reselling, or redistributing DealSort is prohibited.
5. AI classification disclaimer
DealSort uses AI to classify documents. Classifications may occasionally be incorrect. You are responsible for verifying document classifications before relying on them for compliance purposes. DealSort is not a legal or compliance service.
6. Privacy

7. Limitation of liability
DealSort is provided as-is. We are not liable for misclassified documents, filing errors, or data loss. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 30 days.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email.
